The inside is lined with vinyl, making it easy to keep clean, while the outside is printed canvas. I’ve freshly washed it, but the the bottom does show a little wear. Some of the “staining” on the fabric is actually just dyed to give it “patina.”This is a stunning, colorful piece that would be great for display, and of course it can still be used as a fun lunch bag.
