Picture changes slightly every 1 to 3 seconds. I turned it on and have yet to turn it off. I look at it for at least 10 minutes a day. Naming it No signal because 1 frame every 5 to 10 minutes you can see the words no signal. I don't watch television much but I have yet to turn it off.
