Vintage magnificent Neck Snips T12S ItalyAppear to be a great quality of tim snips. The bladed cutting edges have no nicks or wear marks from being used improperly.. the will be cleaned with a friendly cleaner to protect the metal and just to degrease the rubber grips a bit. I have no idea that they're worth so if I'm high just shoot me an offer via a message.
